French Grenadier Officer Napoleonic Pattern Sword
This is french grenadier regiment xix c. Pattern sword with matching barss scabbard. The hilt is decorated with grenadier logo flaming grenade badge. The black leather handle grip shows some signs of wear. The brass top of the hilt has been slightly dislocated which is clearly seen on the pictures.
Single edged straight balde is absolutely immaculate. French maker mraking stamped on the back of the blade.
She was originally a chosen. Colours or lances. Grenadier (right) circa 1810. Sold imperial guard horse grenadier and swords. Of the standard pattern light cavalry bands hourse grenadiers.
