Very Old Folding Knife Belonged To James Bowie

This is the story, the knife has been handed dwon in my family. The knife belonged to james bowie. As far as i know it was made for him not by him. He had a pouch on the inside of his boot that eh carried this knife in.

He gave the knife ot an ancestor of mine on my grandmothers side who was a very good friend. Finally my dad ended up with it, then me.
